HA NOI-SAPA-CAT CAT-HAM RONG-LAO CHAI TA VAN

Sapa is always an impressive destination in the list of Vietnamese and foreign tourists and it would be missing if we forgot Ham Rong mountain and Cat Cat Village when coming to this wonderful foggy town

Ham Rong Mountain is located in the center of Sapa town, near the stone church, with an altitude of 1800m, the average temperature of the mountain is from 15 to 18 degrees. This mountain is called Ham Rong (means Dragon teeth) because it looks like a dragon hanging up its tail to the Heaven’s Gate, and if you look closely, you will see a giant “dragon teeth” toward the southwest of Hoang Lien Son peak between the misty nature.

About 2km from center, Cat Cat village is a well-known destination for all visitors to Sapa. This village is an ideal ecotourism area, convenient for traveling, watching the Hoang Lien Son mountain range among thousands of mountains and clouds will bring extreme feelings for those who love nature and love Vietnamese people.

About 7km from the town of Sapa, Lao Chai Ta Van is known as a place to stay of numerous ethnic people: Mong, Dzao, Dzay Come to Lao Chai Ta Van you feel so peaceful and peaceful. Setting foot on the first impression makes you wonder how terraced fields spread across the hillsides.

ITINERARY

DAY 01: HANOI – SAPA – HAM RONG MOUNTAIN (Lunch, Dinner)

06.00 – 7.00: Bus and tour guide of the company will pick you up at the meeting point to depart to Sapa by Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway.

On the way, you will admire the beauty of the northwestern mountains with terraced fields sparkling in the morning or dusk in the mist. On the way, the bus will stop and you can take a rest for 30 minutes. After that, you will continue depart to Sapa.

13.30: Coming to Sapa. Lunch at the restaurant, and get the hotel room.

In the afternoon: You start the journey to explore Ham Rong mountain with wild and spectacular scenery; visit Indochina orchid garden with all kinds of colors.

Passing Heaven Gate 1, Heaven Gate 2, visitors will set their foot in the highest place of Ham Rong which is Cloud yard, in here you can see panoramic view of Sapa town from above. On the way down the mountain, you will enjoy some performances performed by H’Mong, Dzao ….ethnic artists, then moving down the mountain and have dinner at the restaurant.

After dinner, you are free to explore the charming of Sapa at night, enjoy grilled corn, baked eggs in the mountain breeze on charcoal stove. Free shopping for souvenirs.

Especially on Saturday night you can attend the Sapa Market Fair – a traditional culture of the ethnic minorities of Mong and Dzao

DAY 2: CAT CAT VILLAGE – HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning: After breakfast, the tour guide comes to take you to discover Cat Cat – Sin Chai village of H’Mong people – where is discovered by the French.

8.00: Coming to Cat Cat village, visitors will visit Cat Cat village, Cat Cat hydropower station, Cat Cat waterfall, learn about the unique culture and customs of the people here with traditional occupations such as weaving and carving silver, forging farming tools, wife arrested custom… Tourists definitely will have fun after those story and take photos, enjoy music and dance performed by the artists in the villages … then return to the hotel to check out and have lunch.

Afternoon: You are free to visit and shop in Sapa town, explore the ancient stone church in Sapa and the Museum in Sapa.

18.00: Eating dinner at the restaurant and take a rest in the evening

DAY 03: HANOI – SAPA – LAO CHAI, TA VAN VILLAGES (Lunch, Dinner)

8.00: After eating breakfast at the hotel, tour guide will come and pick you up for visiting Lao Chai and Ta Van villages. See the magnificent valley of Muong Hoa, discover the customs and traditions of the H’Mong people in Lao Chai and the Giay people in Ta Van (8km).

Come to Lao Chai Ta Van and you will feel calm and peaceful. The first impression makes you wonder how terraced fields can spread across the hillsides. If you go in April and September, you will have the opportunity to see the golden rice fields as a beautiful landscape picture. Ripe rice season is also the time when the village is the most fun and cozy.

11.00: Return to the hotel and check out.

12.00: Have lunch at the hotel restaurant and then taking a rest before coming back to Hanoi

14.00: Car will take you back to Hanoi.

19.00: You return to Hanoi. End of Sapa 3 days 2 nights tour program.
